CS-SUNN is a non-governmental, non-profit making coalition made up of organizations with a shared vision to transform Nigeria into a country where every citizen has food and is nutrition secured. We are pleased to issue this Request for Quotations (RFQ) seeking qualified website developers (Vendor) to implement a Service/News focused website that provides ease of access to services and resources including a robust search engine. We wish to engage a Vendor who will renew our website hoisting to meet the below specifications and provide continuous ongoing hosting, maintenance, support, and design services.

- Registration/ WordPress/cPanel website Transfer/ 2 years Renewal of Domain name
- Purchase/Renewal of SSL
- Payment for cloud hosting with either Go Daddy, Digital Ocean, Azure, Amazon, etc
- Website deployment to the server
- Unlimited & Unmetered bandwidth and disc space
- One-click WordPress installs
B) Official Email
Optimization of official email addresses created/currently in use using business mail via – google, Microsoft, etc
C) Website Creation
-A dynamic news website that is easy for non-technical staff to update.
-Must be mobile responsive.
-Must be user friendly (UI/UX)
-Must be SEO Friendly
-Must be compatible with most browsers with different versions
-Must be sophisticated to withstand attack.
-Payment system integration for donations
Specifications for Maintenance includes:
CMS
- A content management system (CMS) that is easy for non-technical staff to update with a variety of customizable templates and features.
- Optimized look of the website for any device (mobile version).
- Scan for vulnerabilities
- Repairs and fixes to error messages, bugs, broken links
- Browser compatibility testing
- Software update of content management system themes and plugins include other non-critical software
- Weekly Website backups
- Addressing issues affecting site speed
- Server monitoring and maintenance
- Site structure modification as at when needed
- Any other task as may be assigned related to website maintenance
- Search engine optimization
- Accurate, up-to-date Website content update, including creating of new menus and sub-menus with a consistent look and feel across departments and divisions
- Any other task as may be assigned related to website maintenance

Documents to be submitted by Prospective Vendor:
- Company Certificate of Incorporation
- A copy of Form CO2 (filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission) stating the Directors of the company
- Two (2) passport photographs of the least of the directors of the company
- Address of place of business (including telephone number if any)
- Evidence of any previous business done with other company/companies
- Letter authorizing CS-SUNN to obtain references from former business partners
- Name and address of bankers (where current account is maintained)
