1. INTRODUCTION

Civil Society Scaling Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the supply, branding, and delivery of 120 pieces of high-quality polo shirts for the YL4N programme.

The polo shirts are required for programme-related activities and shall carry specified organisational, programme, and institutional branding. The successful supplier shall be responsible for sourcing the polo shirts, embroidery of all specified logos, quality control, packaging, and delivery to the designated location.

Suppliers are expected to carefully review all technical specifications contained in this RFQ and provide a complete quotation based on the requirements outlined below.

2. OBJECTIVE

The objective of this procurement is to engage a qualified supplier to provide 120 high-quality branded polo shirts that meet the specified requirements for:

• Fabric quality and durability;
• Professional appearance;
• Correct colour combinations;
• Accurate sizing;
• High-quality embroidery;
• Correct placement and positioning of all logos;
• Proper finishing and stitching; and
• Timely delivery.

All branding must be professionally executed and suitable for official programme and organisational activities.

3. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The successful supplier shall provide a complete supply package covering:

1. Sourcing of the specified polo shirts;
2. Provision of polo shirts in the required colours;
3. Provision of the required sizes;
4. Embroidery of all four specified logos/branding elements;
5. Correct positioning and sizing of each embroidered logo;
6. Delivery within the agreed timeframe.

The supplier shall ensure that the final products correspond exactly with the approved specifications and branding artwork provided by CS-SUNN.

5. BRANDING REQUIREMENTS

All four logos must be professionally embroidered, with accurate colours, proportions, positioning and clear visibility. The supplier shall use the official logo artwork provided by CS-SUNN and maintain consistent branding across all 120 shirts.

A sample/prototype will be required from the selected vendor for approval before mass production.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Polo shirts must have:

• Premium-quality and durable fabric
• Neat stitching and finishing
• High-quality, washable embroidery
• No loose threads, stains, tears or manufacturing defects
• Consistent sizing, colour and logo placement.

Any defective or non-conforming items shall be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost.

• VAT/taxes, where applicable
• Delivery timeline
• Quotation validity
• A digital mockup sample.
