Dr. Bobola I. Agbonle
Dr. Bobola I. Agbonle graduated from University of Benin in 1996 with Bachelor of Medicine: Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) She has attended various trainings and has worked with UNICEF where she was involved in developing tools/training manual for the baseline assessment of adolescent nutrition in Delta State (2019). She is working with the Delta State University, Abraka as a Deputy Director University Health Services.
She has been active member of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN) since 1999, where she has held state and national positions including Delta State MWAN President (2015-2017) and MWAN National Coordinator/Secretary (2019-2021).
She is the Delta State Coordinator Civil Society for Scaling Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) with has worked in conjunction with the Delta State Committee on Food and Nutrition (SCFN). She currently also holds the position of SC Lead for Policy and Research.
