Felix Tyover Igba
Felix Tyover Igba is the Niger State Coordinator of CS-SUNN and currently serves as the Executive Director of Pearls Care Initiative (PCI), a role he has held for the past three years. In this capacity, he has provided both technical and operational leadership for the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project, ensuring effective project management in alignment with donor and partner guidelines. He oversees the management of project budgets, motivates teams, and ensures successful task execution by both staff and community volunteers.
His leadership extends to managing relationships with partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders, while also supervising project administration, field operations, logistics, and procurement. Felix ensures strict adherence to donor standards, procedures, and regulations across all projects. Additionally, he leads recruitment processes for new staff, ensuring that the organization is adequately resourced to meet its goals.
As the head of the project management team, Felix is accountable for the successful delivery of results. He fosters strong relationships with stakeholders, supervises the timely submission of quality project reports, and maintains an active role in strategic project planning and implementation. Through his leadership, the PCI has strengthened its impact on nutrition outcomes in Niger State.
