Ubana Nkem Eyong
Ubana Nkem Eyong is the CS-SUNN Cross River State Chapter Coordinator. Her area of expertise is in Food and Nutrition programming with about 10years of experience in Food and Nutrition programs. She is a Nutrition leadership fellow and an Exco Member of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria Cross River State chapter. She commenced her career as a Community Volunteer and has worked as Nutrition officer in Cross River state Ministry of Agriculture. Nkem has also worked on contract as Nutrition officer/HES officer for CCCRN, consulted for Helen Keller international, facilitated GAIN’s project on commercialization of biofortified food crops and is currently coordinating Nutrition programs in Cross River State. She has a B.sc in Biochemistry and an M.sc in Nutrition and food science with a PhD Nutrition in view. She has a Certificate in Food Systems, Project Management in Global health and a Certificate in Food Environment.
She has skills in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project designs and Report writing and presentation.
