Eberechukwu Okey-Onyema
Eberechukwu Okey-Onyema, a passionate development worker with over a decade of impactful years in the field. As HELWEI leader, Ebere has supervised donor funded projects by Action Aid Nigeria/Global Affairs Canada and European Union-British Council ACT program. She has been involved in resource and community mobilization, capacity building and team management. Moreover, she has also participated in budget advocacy; designing and implementation of several projects relating to nutrition, maternal and child health, gender and empowerment for women and girls with success stories in Lagos State.
Her experience in fund management, communication, designing and implementation of innovative community centered interventions is distinct. She participated at International Monetary Fund / World Bank Civil Society Spring Meeting Exhibition 2018, Washington DC USA. She is Steering Committee Team Lead, Partnership and Collaboration, Civil Society Scaling –Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN).
