The Civil Society -Scaling Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) is pleased to announce the launch of her On-line School “The Nutrition, Advocacy, and Leadership course”. The Academy is a comprehensive work from the CS-SUNN’s Advocacy and Leadership Manual (CALM). The course is for all Civil Society Organizations, individuals, persons or groups interested in, or working in the space of Nutrition Advocacy and Nutrition coordination.
The Academy, with “36 Free Lessons in 10 Modules” provides students with advanced knowledge and skills on Nutrition Basics, Advocacy Skills and Strategies, Budget Advocacy and Resource mobilization, coordination for nutrition system strengthening among others. The course has a significant workload, is self-paced and the tests can run for weeks depending on your pace. At the end of each module, the student will undertake a test before proceeding to the next module, then with an on-line certification at the end of the course. This course has been structured to equip you not only with theoretical knowledge and technical skills for nutrition advocacy, but also aims to hone skills such as Leadership and Team building that are necessary to be effective as a Nutrition Advocate in Nigeria and beyond.
